Wesley Foundation @ SFA

I just completed a stained glass panel that is a representation of the Wesley Foundation logo. It was commissioned by a young lady at my church for a benefit auction for the Wesley Foundation at Stephen F. Austin State University.

A Wesley Foundation is a United Methodist campus ministry sponsored in full or in part by the United Methodist Church on a non-church owned and operated campus. The Wesley Foundation at SFA is one of the most active in the conference and raises half of their money. The motto of the students is “Finding Faith with Friends.” They are involved in both local projects, such as helping area congregations repair and maintain churches, and mission trips to various locations including Gulf Breeze and Pensacola, Florida; Port Arthur, Texas, New York City, Belize, and Mexico.
