My Fused Glass Journey

I have been around glass my entire life. My father and grandfather were both stained glass artisans. It was my father who first taught me the traditional method of working with stained glass. I found that not only is glass art in my genes, but is also in my soul. While I started my glass art journey in stained glass, it didn’t take long before I discovered kiln formed fused glass.

Glass is a wonderful medium to work in. It has color, texture, and can be manipulated in many ways. It both reflects and transmits light changing its appearance throughout the day. It has endless possibilities and I doubt I will ever run out of things to try.
