Round Stained Glass Window
Today I cut out the glass for this custom stained glass panel. The flower was based on a flower vine in my garden. A plumeria I think. This piece will be installed in a powder room. I hope to start leading it up tomorrow as long as the temperature in the studio stays above 55 degrees F.
Very pretty. I would love to see the finished piece with light shining through. Please post a picture.
Thanks Julie. If all goes according to plan it will be installed by the end of the year. Off to turn on the heater in the studio and do some more work on it.
tack fuse the flower, then tack solder or epoxy it on the front of the panel. you can use fused pieces in a stained glass piece. example:

Combining fused glass and stained glass is definitely something I will try some time. This piece is a commissioned piece.
