Design Inspiration from the Mediterranean
Lest you think I’ve fallen of the face of the earth… I have not. I have been traveling with my wonderful husband celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. Actually our anniversary was last year, but the timing for a trip didn’t work out last year.
We just got back from spending several days in Athens, Greece and then sailing the Mediterranean on the Seabourn Odyssey. More accurately, we sailed from the Aegean Sea, through the Ionian Sea, and ended in the Adriatic Sea. Our ports of call included Santorini, Olympia, Corfu, Montenegro, Dubrovnik, Zadar, and Venice. I can’t even begin to tell you how great this trip was. I could blog for days about all the wonderful things we saw and did.
But since this is not a travel blog, I will instead share some architectural pictures that I took. I am always taking pictures of architecture. Often they will inspire me to do a glass design. I can’t wait to get back into the studio and play!
