Browned Butter Blueberry Muffins
Today instead of turning up the heat in my kiln, I turned up the heat in my oven and baked a batch of blueberry muffins. We have 7 blueberry bushes on our property that we planted about 8 years ago. So far this year we have harvested over 50 pounds of blueberries. So it is no surprise that every year I search for the best blueberry muffin recipe. I think I have finally found it!
These Browned Butter Blueberry Muffins are scrumptious! They are moist and sweet with a great texture and a crisp crumble topping. Are you drooling yet?! So many of the other recipes I have tried are gummy or dry and lack flavor. This one is a keeper. I found this recipe on Pinterest.
