You might be wondering why a glass artist is selling mugs. It’s simple really. In addition to being passionate about glass art, I am passionate about the importance of reading with and to young children. Reading has so many documented benefits and it’s never too early. I started a non-profit Dream Big Kids to partner with Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library. Once a month a free book is mailed to every child enrolled in the program until they reach age five. I wanted a way to use my creativity to give back to my community. All the profits from these sales will go directly to supporting this cause.
