Add a pop of color and interest to your outdoor garden with this glass art lotus flower stake. The design inspiration for my lotus bud garden art came from a trip to Vietnam & Cambodia. In Vietnam, the Lotus flower is a symbol of optimism for the future. The lotus has its roots in the darkness of mud. It incubates there until it rises high above the muddy waters, clean, beautiful and fragrant. At night the flower closes and sinks underwater and rises and opens again at dawn. If ever there was a need for optimism it is now as we face the challenges of Coronavirus. Yard art is a great gift idea for anyone, but especially for a gardener, teacher, or mom.
Made with a combination of dark purple transparent glass and opaque art glass in yellow and white, and accented with colorful blue dots.
