This is a one-of-a-kind fused glass plate. I created this piece with black glass, clear glass, vibrant red strings of glass on transparent glass, and small colorful circles of murrini glass created by me. To make this piece I hand cut all of the glass pieces, combine them and fire together in a kiln at approximately 1480 degrees Fahrenheit. After the first firing, it is fired second time at a lower temperature to give it the lovely shape with its gentle curves. This is a stunning piece that will stand out in any home décor.
