A one-of-a kind fused glass art tray. In this piece I use a technique that stacks strips of glass in the kiln heating them up until they flow together and create a slab. The slab is cut open to reveal a pattern. Each flow slab pattern bar is unique. This piece combines the pattern bar strips with a clear glass border that results in an interesting visual effect pulling the pattern out to the edge. This piece has small glass “feet” on the bottom. Both functional and beautiful. From start to the finished piece, the process takes four separate firings.
