You may return any item within 14 days of receiving it (except for digital pattern and tutorials, and custom orders—see below).
Items may be returned for a refund of the purchase price only. Any shipping charges will not be refunded. You will receive your refund in the same form of payment used to place your order. You are responsible for the cost of shipping a return.
Once your item is received back to us, we will process a refund. It may take 7–10 business days for your refund to appear in your payment account. You will receive your refund in the same form of payment used to place your order. You will be credited for the price of the item. Note that the original shipping charges, if any, will not be refunded.
How to Return an Item
- Please contact me at email@example.com for any items you wish to return.
- Items must be in original condition to be eligible for return.
- Repack your order. Make sure the item(s) are securely packaged; use the original packaging if possible. You are responsible for any damage due to improper packaging.
- You are responsible for the cost of shipping to return the item.
- I will send return address information when you contact me.
Final Sale Items and Digital Downloads
Items marked as “final sale” and digital downloads, patterns, tutorial, may not be returned for any reason.
Custom orders cannot be returned unless they are damaged in transit.
Items Damaged in Transit
If your package appears damaged, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please take pictures of the packaging as delivered and keep all of the original packing materials.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses
To ship to more than one address, please place a separate order for each address.
Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska
Orders shipped to these locations will be sent via USPS or UPS. We will contact you before your order ships if additional charges will apply.
When to Expect Your Order
Most items are shipped within 2 business days. It will take additional time for your order to arrive. As an independent artist, I do take an occasional break and may be away from my studio. If shipping will be delayed, I will contact you.
Tracking Your Order

Credit Card Charges
Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is placed.
Sales tax will be charged on all items shipped to Texas.
