Shipping
Orders received by 5:00 p.m. CST will be shipped the following day. Orders received on Friday or Saturday will be shipped the following Monday.
If you need rush shipping, please contact me for Express Mail and Priority Mail rates.
Shipping costs include getting the item to you in one piece! Because my items are glass, there are special packing considerations. Items will be sent either USPS or UPS. Larger items like panels will also be be insured. It is my goal to make sure you get your items in perfect condition and in an economical manner.
Payment
I use PayPal to process payments. You can either use a PayPal account or a credit card.
Texas residents pay 8.25% sales tax.
Returns
If an item arrives damaged, please keep all packing materials and take a picture of the package and item. Contact me within 24 hours so we can discuss the best method to return the item and process your refund. Please note that many of my items are one-of-a-kind pieces and therefore you may not be able to exchange it for an exact duplicate.
If the item does not meet your expectations, please contact me so we can discuss return options. After receiving the item back, I will gladly refund your purchase price (excluding shipping costs). Buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping and insurance back to seller.
